As we were associated with various foundries and steel plants we started manufacturing various ceramic products required by these industries. All the products are are capable of heat resisting capacity of 1700° C

First, we started with the pouring cups required for the investment casting manufacturers.

Along the way we saw the hardships faced by sand casting manufacturers in their fettling department. Thus, we developed the Ceramic Breaker Core which has made life of many foundries easy and happy. Various sizes of ceramic breaker cores are available as per the size of castings, grade of materials, etc.

Going along with the steel plant industry, we developed ceramic tubes used by the thermocouple manufacturers. Various sizes are available and company specific requirements can be done as per need. We are also manufacturing ceramic tubes required for the electrical furnaces, etc



Ceramic pouring cups

Ceramic pouring cups are made of high quality ceramic materials and isostatically pressed at high temperature and pressure. They are useable for a range of alloys cast within the investment casting industry, such as ferrous, nickel aluminium and bronze based metals, and can be used with some superalloys as used in the aerospace industry.

Groove Bricks

Grooved Bricks are used in electrical heating systems and furnaces where the heating is done by electrical heating coils and elements.

The bricks have grooves running thru them to enable the heater elements to be safely ensconced while providing the heat required.

The bricks are of various shapes and sizes to enable the construction of different sizes and shapes of furnaces.

The material used contains High Alumina which allows for repetitive use of High Temperatures whilst preventing the coils from shorting and failing

Ceramic Pipes, Tubes and Inserts

The tubes are made of high alumina material and designed to withstand thermal shocks and provide electrical insulation. They are typically extruded using the vacuuming process to enable greater thermal shock stability and give a better life. The tolerance of the tubes is maintained accurately within industry standards.

Applications :

These tubes are used for various high temperature applications such as Temperature sensor housings, Thermo-couple protectors, etc.

The length of the tubes ranges from a few mm to a few meters in length depending upon application requirements and they can be Close ended, Open ended, Single core, Double core, Multi core, etc.
